In this workshop I don't teach "how to make this specific dish" but rather teaching the tricks, tips and kitchen hacks to get more creative in the kitchen. Expanding on that I also teach the importance of seasonal eating and this workshop is catered specifically to focus on autumn ingredients.
I found that 'healthy food' has a really bad reputation for being boring. I made it a mission to make my food fun and flavorful on top of delicious and nutritious! I know that learning on the fly, as I did, doesn't work for everyone - which is why I put this workshop together!
Times are tough, for so many of us. Our dollar isn't going as far as it used to in the grocery store, portions are getting smaller and smaller, and I don't know about you but I'm also starting to notice a decline in the quality of the ingredients. Getting economical and stretching our dollar is becoming more and more of a necessity.
